Ingredients
1/2 cabbage, finely shredded
1 carrots, grated
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup thousand island
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and sugar to taste
Method
Mix all ingredients and chill for one hour.
Serve as a side dish with mash potato and grill chicken, lasagna, etc.
